Join our NEW strength and conditioning workout classes on Tuesday/Thursday 5:30–6:30 pm PLUS Saturday 9:00–10:00 am. $100/month for unlimited class access, or $20 for a single drop-in class, Limited to 10 per class so everyone gets individualized coaching and results-focused workouts.   • Expert form coaching you don't get in crossfit, and more muscle building than other workout classes like orange theory or spin class.
