Fitness Guru is a private personal training studio located at 701 David Drive, Suite C in Metairie, Louisiana. Fitness Guru is open only to trainers and their clients. Open by appointment only, No membership fees, no monthly dues, skip the crowds and gym creeps. We offer private one on one sessions and group classes every other week.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with experience coaching Division 1 athletes. I also specialize in pre/postnatal fitness. I studied at Tulane and stayed in Louisiana to open my private training studio. My approach is simple—structured workouts and accountability lead to real results. Whether you’re an athlete or just getting started, I’m here to help you build strength and confidence.
